Approve and pay: approve the quotation and proforma invoice, then pay using the secure method stated on the invoice: hosted card payment page, GoPay, Alipay or bank transfer.
Production and delivery: we confirm production or picking, provide tracking and coordinate delivery to the agreed destination.

Custom sourcing / OEM

Supplier search: Catcat identifies candidate suppliers and compares specifications, MOQs, samples and lead times.
Confirm samples and quote: you review supplier details, samples where needed and a written USD quotation with all known charges.
Approve and pay: approve the quotation and proforma invoice, then use the secure payment method stated on the invoice.
Coordinate the supply chain: we follow production, documents, freight and tracking until the shipment is handed to the agreed carrier.

Payment rule: submitting an order review or sourcing brief does not charge you. Payment is requested only after you approve the final quotation and invoice. Digital commerce services use the same review and invoice path but are secondary to product supply.
