What Catcat provides

Catcat provides cross-border e-commerce operations, independent-store development, product listing support, product sourcing assistance and supply-chain coordination. Product cards are sourcing categories unless a service package is identified with a fixed starting fee.

Quotes and scope

Service prices are starting fees in USD for the scope stated on the website. Product costs, freight, insurance, duties, taxes, supplier minimums and custom work are confirmed in a written quotation. A quotation is valid for the period stated on the quotation and is not accepted until both parties confirm the scope.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate business, product, brand and delivery information, and must have the rights and licences required for content, trademarks and imported goods. Catcat may decline products or destinations that violate law, sanctions, platform rules or carrier restrictions.

Payment

Payment is due only after the final scope or quotation is approved. The invoice states the available method, currency, amount, due date and any deposit or milestone. A submitted order review is not a payment and does not guarantee stock.
